How to Buy a Condo in Thailand: Simple, Clear, and Secure
Your 6-step path to a seaside home — and it can be done remotely

Your 6-Step Buying Process
Step 1. Choose and Reserve
Choose your dream unit. Send us a scan of your passport. Pay a reservation fee (typically from THB 30,000), which is counted toward the purchase price.
Step 2. Contract & Invoice
We coordinate with the developer while they prepare the contract and invoice (usually about a week). You receive the documents by email.
Step 3. First Payment (from 25%)
Using the invoice, you make the first payment — typically from 25% of the unit price. This can be done via bank transfer or other convenient payment options (depending on the project).
Step 4. The Unit Is Locked In
The developer confirms payment. Your unit is now officially reserved under your name. In many projects, the value may increase during construction, and resale options can be available depending on the developer’s policy.
Step 5. Final Payments & Ownership Transfer
You pay the remaining balance according to the schedule until construction is completed. After full payment and completion, the developer prepares the ownership documents and the transfer is finalized. This can be done remotely via video call or in person.
Step 6. Keys & Next Options
Congratulations — your keys are ready! You can visit and collect them in person, or (if you don’t plan to travel) we can arrange property management for rentals and income generation.
Key point: the entire buying and ownership process can be completed remotely. Many of our clients purchase, rent out, and earn income without ever visiting Hua Hin.
